Hosting Matters was created out of frustration with our own hosting company. We were running a web site and were constantly frustrated with the poor service that we received - slow servers, lots of spam e-mails, high charges and talking to a different member of the support team each time we got in contact.

We decided that we wanted better so we set up our own company with the aim of offering outstanding customer service. No getting passed around the team, if you get in touch with us that person will deal with your issue until it is resolved.

We offer great service at a low cost. We know that most people do not want to worry about their web site so we do all of the technical stuff for you. If you need WordPress installing, just let us know and we will do it for you. If you're struggling to set up your e-mail account we have help guides online but if you still cannot do it, just let us know and we will remotely connect to your computer and set up your account for you.

We are based in the UK and host web sites for companies and organisations across the country.
